Щодо грубого порушення регламенту, маніпуляцій та введення в оману міжнародної гімнастичної спільноти через передчасне включення представників Росії та Білорусі до переліку учасників змагань.

Українська федерація гімнастики висловлює рішучий протест та глибоке обурення діями організаторів Чемпіонату Європи з художньої гімнастики, які завчасно та протиправно включили спортсменів, тренерів та суддів з рф  та  рб до офіційних списків учасників континентальної першості.

1.⁠ ⁠Грубе порушення юридичних процедур та регламенту

Включення представників країни-агресора та її сателіта до переліку номінативних або офіційних заявок на Чемпіонат Європи є прямим порушенням статутних документів та процедур Європейської гімнастики.

Як було чітко зазначено раніше, рішення Виконавчого комітету щодо підтримки позиції FIG / World  Gymnastics та потенційного допуску цих атлетів під національними символами не має юридичної сили без офіційної ратифікації Генеральною Асамблею. Оскільки Асамблея ще не відбулася, будь-які спроби зареєструвати представників рф та рб як офіційних учасників є самовільними, незаконними та такими, що підривають довіру до керівних органів європейського спорту.

2.⁠ ⁠Навмисне введення в оману гімнастичної спільноти

Ми розцінюємо появу цих країн у списках учасників як свідому маніпуляцію та введення в оману світової спортивної спільноти, медіа та інших національних федерацій.

•⁠  ⁠Створення прецеденту «довершеного факту»: Організатори намагаються поставити європейську гімнастичну родину перед фактом, що нібито рішення вже ухвалено, хоча ключове голосування попереду.

•⁠  ⁠Тиск на Генеральну асамблею: Такі дії є прихованою спробою психологічного та адміністративного тиску на делегатів майбутньої онлайн-асамблеї, нівелюючи саму суть демократичного голосування.

«Організатори чемпіонату фактично перевищили свої повноваження, взявши на себе роль вищого законодавчого органу — Генеральної асамблеї. Включення прапорів країн, що ведуть загарбницьку війну, до списків майбутнього чемпіонату без належної юридичної процедури — це ляпас кожній федерації, яка поважає закон та європейські цінності».

3.⁠ ⁠Категоричні вимоги Української федерації гімнастики

З метою відновлення справедливості, дотримання правових норм та захисту чистоти спорту, Українська федерація гімнастики вимагає:

1.⁠ ⁠Негайно вилучити представників рф  та рб (спортсменів, тренерів, суддів, офіційних осіб) разом із їхньою національною символікою з усіх офіційних списків, систем реєстрації та промо-матеріалів Чемпіонату Європи з художньої гімнастики.

2.⁠ ⁠Анулювати будь-які  передчасні заявки цих країн до моменту, поки Генеральна асамблея не ухвалить своє остаточне та легітимне рішення під час онлайн-засідання.

3.⁠ ⁠Надати офіційне роз’яснення від Керівництва Європейської гімнастики щодо того, на яких підставах організатори змагань допустили це правове порушення та дезінформацію суспільства.

Саме на майбутній онлайн-асамблеї визначаться справжні друзі України та захисники європейських цінностей. Ми закликаємо наших європейських колег не піддаватися на подібні провокації та маніпуляції з боку оргкомітету змагань і твердо стояти на захисті регламенту, миру та спортивної честі.

OFFICIAL STATEMENT / PROTEST NOTE

of the Ukrainian Gymnastics Federation (UGF) to the Organizing Committee of the European Rhythmic Gymnastics Championships and the Leadership of European Gymnastics

Regarding the gross violation of regulations, manipulation, and misleading of the international gymnastics community through the premature inclusion of representatives from Russia and Belarus in the list of competition participants.

The Ukrainian Gymnastics Federation expresses its resolute protest and deep indignation regarding the actions of the organizers of the European Rhythmic Gymnastics Championships, who have prematurely and unlawfully included athletes, coaches, and judges from the Russian Federation and the Republic of Belarus in the official lists of participants for the continental championship.

1.⁠ ⁠Gross Violation of Legal Procedures and Regulations

The inclusion of representatives from the aggressor states in the nominative or official entry lists for the European Championships is a direct violation of the statutory documents and procedures of European Gymnastics.

As explicitly stated previously, the decision of the Executive Committee to support the FIG/ World Gymnastics position and potentially admit these athletes under national symbols has no legal force without official ratification by the General Assembly. Since the Assembly has not yet taken place, any attempts to register representatives of the Russian Federation and Republic of Belarus as official participants are unauthorized, illegal, and undermine trust in the governing bodies of European sport.

2.⁠ ⁠Deliberate Misleading of the Gymnastics Community

We view the appearance of these countries in the participant lists as a deliberate manipulation and an act of misleading the global sporting community, media, and other national federations.

•⁠  ⁠Creating a “Fait Accompli” Precedent: The organizers are attempting to present the European gymnastics family with a done deal, implying that the decision is already finalized, even though the crucial vote is yet to happen.

•⁠  ⁠Pressure on the General Assembly: Such actions constitute a covert attempt at psychological and administrative pressure on the delegates of the upcoming online Assembly, completely undermining the essence of a democratic vote.

“The championship organizers have essentially exceeded their authority, assuming the role of the highest legislative body—the General Assembly. Displaying the flags of countries waging a war of aggression in the lists of an upcoming championship without proper legal procedure is an insult to every federation that respects the rule of law and European values.”

3.⁠ ⁠Categorical Demands of the Ukrainian Gymnastics Federation

To restore justice, ensure compliance with legal norms, and protect the integrity of the sport, the Ukrainian Gymnastics Federation demands:

1.⁠ ⁠The immediate removal of representatives from Russia and Belarus (athletes, coaches, judges, and officials) along with their national symbols from all official lists, registration systems, and promotional materials of the European Rhythmic Gymnastics Championships.

2.⁠ ⁠The annulment of any premature entries from these countries until the General Assembly passes its final and legitimate verdict during the online meeting.

3.⁠ ⁠An official explanation from the Leadership of European Gymnastics regarding the grounds on which the competition organizers allowed this legal violation and public misinformation to occur.

The upcoming online General Assembly will be the ultimate moment of truth to identify the true friends of Ukraine and the real defenders of European values. We call upon our European colleagues not to succumb to such provocations and manipulations by the organizing committee, and to stand firm in defense of the regulations, peace, and sporting honor.
