Міжнародна федерація гімнастики оприлюднила перелік російських та білоруських атлетів, яким надано статусу «нейтральних».

Українська Федерація Гімнастики вийшла переможцем у боротьбі щодо призупинення членства  російської федерації гімнастики та білоруської федерації гімнастки у міжнародних спортивних організаціях.

Саме судові позови Української Федерації Гімнастики до міжнародного спортивного арбітражу і звернення до українських та міжнародних компетентних органів стали запорукою перемоги на першому етапі боротьби.

Зараз новий виклик та нова боротьба.

Українська Федерація Гімнастики вже набула необхідного досвіду, який свідчить, що саме юридичний фронт є найбільш дієвим інструментом боротьби проти намірів використовувати спорт для пропаганди країни-агресора та її сателітів.

Українська Федерація Гімнастики вчиняє активні дії на всіх ділянках спортивного фронту від міжнародного спортивного арбітражу до міжнародних судових та компетентних органів. На цей раз проти участі російських та білоруських спортсменів у міжнародних змаганнях та заходах в нейтральному статусі .

The International Gymnastics Federation has published the list of russian  and belarusisn athletes who have been granted the status of “neutral”.

The Ukrainian Gymnastics Federation won the fight to suspend the membership of the russian gymnastics federation  and the belarusian gymnastics federation  in the international sports organizations.

It was the appeal of the Ukrainian Gymnastics Federation to the international sports arbitration and the appeal to Ukrainian and international competent bodies that became the key to victory at the first stage of the struggle.

Now is a new challenge and a new struggle.

The Ukrainian Gymnastics Federation has already acquired the necessary experience, which shows that the legal front is the most effective tool for fighting against intentions to use sports for the propaganda of the aggressor country and its satellites.

The Ukrainian Gymnastics Federation takes active actions in all areas of the sports front, from the international sports arbitration to international judicial and competent bodies. At this stage against the participation of russian and belarusian athletes within international sport competitions and events  in a neutral status.

For now, we have to maintain confidentiality. We fight, we believe in Victory!
